What this looks like in practice

A typical day moves between active play and quieter moments. Children choose materials, build, sort, paint, and talk with friends and teachers. Teachers watch what children are drawn to and adapt the curriculum to their interests and developmental needs as they grow, encouraging independence and confidence through meaningful learning experiences.

That daily mix of play, choice, and gentle guidance builds skills you can see at home. A child who practiced pouring at the water table may pour their own drink with less spilling. One who negotiated a turn with a block may use those words with a sibling. Play-based learning helps children grow with confidence and excitement, and our daycare and preschool programs support development in a caring environment.
